WHEREAS
KELLY LAKE CREE NATION – AS’IN’TWA’CHI NI’YAWAK - ROCKY
MOUNTAIN CREE NATION is a sovereign state
nation territory since time began; not vanquished, not abandoned, not
acquiesced, being a paramount governance authority within our traditional and
customary territories; and, as recognized by Elizabeth II in her 1953 Coronation
Oath
THEREFORE
Any individual, group or
commercial entity seeking to enter our territories shall be compelled to
register with our tribal offices prior to commencing any commercial venture or
precursor activities that may be reasonably regarded as a trespass within our
territories
YOUR COOPERATION IN THESE
MATTERS
Is required forthwith. Any failure to comply with these
demands shall be regarded as a violation of our laws; and, we shall therein
proceed to exercise the full extent of our legal options – both domestically
and internationally.

territories.
